CHAP. 356.—An ACT. to amend and re-enact section 3465 of the Code of Vir-
ginia. [S B 12]
Approved March 19, 1920.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
three thousand four hundred and sixty-five of chapter one hundred
and thirty-four of the Code of nineteen hundred and nineteen, entitled,
clerks, reporter and stenographer, be amended and re-enacted so as
to read as follows:
1. The clerk of the supreme court of appeals at Richmond, the
sum of five hundred and fifty dollars, and the clerks of said court
at Staunton and Wytheville, each the sum of three hundred and fifty-
two dollars, and the clerk of the circuit court of the city of Richmond,
the sum of fifteen hundred dollars; the reporter, fifteen hundred
dollars.
2. That an emergency existing making it appropriate that this act
shall become immediately effective, it is further enacted that this act
shall be in force from its passage.
3. That all acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are
repealed.
