Chap. 33.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of Prince George
county to lease such part of the courthouse green of the said county as
may not be necessary for county purposes. (H B 33]

Approved February 10, 1920.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Prince George county be, and it is, hereby
authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to lease, on such terms
as it may deem wise, such part of the courthouse green of the said
county as may not be necessary for county purposes.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its

passage.
