1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirty-one hundred and ninety-four of the Code of Virginia be amend-
ed and re-enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 3194. Inspection of dams and rivers by the department of
game and inland fisheries——The commissioner of the department of
game and inland fisheries and regular and special game wardens ap-
pointed by him shall make a personal inspection of dams and rivers in
their respective counties and cities in the months of April and October
of each year, and report to the circuit court of the county or the cor-
poration court of the city any violations of the provisions of section
thirty-one hundred and ninety-two.
