Chap. 28.—An ACT to repeal section 6441 of the Code of Virginia. [H B 26]
Approved February 10, 1920.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
six thousand four hundred and forty-one of the Code of Virginia be,
and the same is, hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
