Chap. 232.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of Smyth county to
invest the sinking fund of said county in bonds. ([H B 295]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Smyth county be, and they are hereby, au-
thorized to invest the sinking fund of said county in Smyth county
bonds, provided said bonds be purchased at not more than par value
thereof and accrued interest.
