Chap. 231.—An ACT prescribing the time of holding the regular terms of court
in the twenty-eighth judicial circuit. [H B 207]

Approved March 16, 1920.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
time of holding the regular terms of court of the twenty-eighth judicial
circuit shall be as follows:

Isle of Wight.—First Monday.in January, March, May, July, Sep-
tember and November.

City of Portsmouth—Fourth Monday in January, February,
March, April, May, June, July, September, October and November.

Princess Anne.—Fourth Monday in February, April, June, August,
October and December.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its
passage.
