1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to hunt, shoot or trap any ring-necked pheasants in the
county of Shenandoah, Virginia, until after the first day of Novem-
ber, nineteen hundred and twenty-two.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less
than five nor more than fifty dollars, or by confinement in jail not
more than thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the dis-
cretion of the tribunal trying the case.
