CHAP. 16.—An ACT making it the duty of the game warden of Clarke
and Warren counties to enforce in said counties laws, by-laws, rules,
regulations and ordinances relating to trespassing of animals on the
public highways of said counties. {H B 32]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be the duty of the game warden of Clarke and Warren
counties to enforce in said county all laws, by-laws, rules, regu-
lations and ordinances that may now or hereafter be in force in
said county relating to trespassing of animals on the public high-
ways of said county. Whenever so requested by any citizen of
Clarke and Warren county it shall be the duty of the said game
warden to investigate, and cause to be prosecuted to a conclusion,
any violator of the said laws, by-laws, rules, regulations and
ordinances. |
The board of supervisors of Clarke and Warren counties is
hereby authorized to allow the said game warden additional com-
pensation, not to exceed one hundred dollars in any one year,
for performing the duties required by this act. .
