Chap. 88.—An ACT to provide for the expenditure of a surplus now in the
hands of the road board of Boydton magisterial district, Mecklenburg
county. [H B 187]

Approved March 4, 1918.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That. the
road board of Boydton magisterial district, of Mecklenburg county,
Virginia, are empowered to expend for maintenance and repair of
the roads in the district, any surplus remaining in their hands from
the proceeds of the sale of bonds issued under authority of a bond
issue voted in said district for the construction of improved roads,
in the year nineteen hundred and eleven.

2. An emergency existing, this act. is in force from its passage.
