Chap. 81.—An ACT to provide for the expenditure of any surplus of the 1915
bond issue, which may remain in the hands of the road board of Bluestone
magisterial district of Mecklenburg county. {H B 189]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in the
event there is any surplus in the treasury of the road board of Blue-
stone magisterial district, Mecklenburg county, after the construc-
tion of all the roads designated in the order of the circuit court of
the county of Mecklenburg, on an election, for a bond issue for the
permanent improvement of the roads in the district, held-in nine-
teen hundred and fifteen, then the road board of the said district,
are hereby empowered to spend any surplus remaining in the treas-
ury, on construction and permanent improvements of any additional
roads in said district, as said board may deem advisable.
2. <An emergency existing this act shall be in force from its
passage.
