l. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia. That the
sum of ten thousand dollars a year for two years is hereby appro-
priated out. of any funds in the hands of the treasurer, not other-
wise appropriated, to be used by the State board of health to estab-
lish an orthopedic hospital for the treatment of crippled and
deformed children in Virginia.

2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed,
