Chap. 39.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact
an act entitled an act to provide for working and keeping in repair
the public roads and bridges of the county of Washington, and to author-
ize the board of supervisors to borrow money by the issue of bonds, and
to build bridges and to macaudamize roads in said county, ete., and to
authorize the board of supervisors of said county to open, by condemna-
tion or otherwise alter, discontinue, work and keep in order and repair
the public roads and bridges of said county, approved March 7, 1910,
and all acts amendatory thereof, approved March 18, 1915.. [H B 41]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act, to provide for working and keeping in repair the
public roads and bridges of the county of Washington and to au-
thorize the board of supervisors to borrow money by the issue of
bonds, and to build bridges and to macadamize roads in said county.
et cetera, and to authorize the board of supervisors of said county to
open, by condemnation or otherwise alter, discontinue, work and keep
in order and repair the public roads and bridges of said county,
und any and all amendments thereto, be, and the same is hereby re-
pealed, and shall be of no force or effect except this repeal shall in
no wise affect in any respect the bonds issued for the purpose of
constructing and macadamizing roads and building bridges in the
county of Washington under the said act, or any special road law
of said county.
2. There being such an emergency as requires the immediate
passage of this act, in order to open, establish, close and work the
public roads in Washington county, and build and repair bridges
therein, this act shall be in force from its passage.
