Chap. 320.—An ACT limiting the number of quail, partridges, and wild tur-
keys that may be killed in one day by uny one person in the county of
Brunswick. {H B 341)

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be unlawful for any person authorized to hunt under the
laws of the State of Virginia, in the county of Brunswick, to kill or
capture in any manner more than fifteen quail or partridges and two
wild turkeys in one day in said county.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars, or im-
prisoned in jail not exceeding thirty days, or both fined and imprison-
ment in the discretion of the jury or justice trying the case.
