Whereas, there is an account for the sum of one hundred dollars

lue by the commission on economy and efficiency for stenographic
vork, for which there is no fund available:

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
he sum of one hundred dollars be hereby appropriated for the pay-
nent of same to be paid upon a voucher signed by the chairman of
said commission and countersigned by the secretary thereof, payable
o the order of the person or persons entitled thereto.
