1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any
money now in the hands of the State treasurer, paid as a primary
fee in accordance with the law in force at the time of such pay-

ment, together with the interest thereon, shall be disposed of as
ollows:

2. The principal sum shall be paid into the treasury of the
Commonwealth to the credit of the literary fund, and the interest
shall be paid into the treasury of the Commonwealth to the credit
of the general fund of the Commonwealth.
