Chap. 298.—An ACT to make the north fork of the Holston river in Saltville
district of Washington county, a lawful fence. [H B 235]

Approved March 16, 1918.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That so
much of the north fork of Holston river as lies in Saltville district
of Washington county, extending from the North Fork district
of said county, to the Smyth county line, shall be a lawful fence,
as regards the going at large of any kind of live stock.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.
