Chap. 245.—An ACT to set forth the qualifications prerequisite to taking
examination as registered pharmacists, on and after April 1, 1922,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That on
nd after April first, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, an appli-
ant for examination as a registered pharmacist by the State board
f pharmacy, shall present to the board satisfactory evidence that
€ or she is at least twenty-one years of age, and that he or she is
graduate of a school of pharmacy, approved by the State board
f pharmacy.
2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
epealed.
