time of holding the regular terms of court in the twenty-fifth judicial

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sec-
tion three thousand and fifty-nine-y of chapter three hundred and
fifteen of the acts of the general assembly of nineteen hundred and
fourteen, having reference to the time of holding the regular terms
of court in the twenty-fifth judicial circuit, be amended and re-
enacted so as to read as follows:

Sec. 3059-y._ Rockingham.—Third Monday in February, April,
June, August, October and December.

Page.—Fourth Monday in January, March, May, July, Septem-
ber and November.

This act shall be in force on and after the third Monday in
September next.
