missioner in chancery for the circuit court of the county of Pittsyl-

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
circuit court of the county of Pittsylvania, or the judge thereof in
vacation, is hereby authorized to appoint one additional commis-
sioner 1n chancery with the same powers and duties as those already
authorized by law. Such commissioner may reside in the city of
Danville and exercise his powers in said city as though he were re-
siding in the said county of Pittsylvania.
