1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be unlawful to hunt, shoot or trap any ring-necked pheasant
in the county of Brunswick, Virginia, until the first day of Novem-
ber, nineteen hundred and twenty-one.
2. <Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less
than ten dollars, nor more than fifty dollars, or by confinement in
jail not more than thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment,
in the discretion of the justice or jury trying the case.
