Chap. 166.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of
Prince William county to reimburse Palmer Smith for damages suffered
by him by reason of their order. {H B 281]

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Prince William county, be, and it is hereby,
authorized and empowered to pay to Palmer Smith the sum of three
hundred and seventy-nine dollars and thirty-eight cents, to reim-
burse him for damages obtained against him in a certain suit in
said county for injuries done to property in removing obstructions
from a roadway in said county, upon the order of said board.
