from, within Pittsylvania county, and the corporate limits of the city

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an
act entitled an act to prohibit the use of gill nets or seines, or the
taking of fish therewith, in the waters of Dan river, any lake or
pond formed thereby, or any back-water therefrom, within Pittsyl-
vania county, and the corporate limits of the city of Danville, a
proved March thirteenth, nineteen hundred and twelve, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
