Chap. 131.—An ACT to uuthorize the town council of the town of Altavista
to sell and convey certain lands belonging to said town. {S B 368]

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
council of the town of Altavista, in the county of Campbell, is hereby
authorized in its discretion to sell and convey by proper contracts
and deeds, as said council may by resolution direct, any part or parts
of the lands acquired by the said town from the Altavista Water
and Sewerage Company and located within the corporate limits
of said town.
