Chap. 93.—An ACT to empower the board of supervisors of Princess Anne
county to purchase or acquire certain toll roads and toll bridges in said
county. (S. B. 108)

First: Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Princess Anne county, Virginia, be and they are
hereby empowered to acquire by purchase or otherwise any and all toll
roads and toll bridges in the limits of said Princess Anne county,
Virginia, and to provide means and methods by special levy or otherwise,
to carry out the provisions of this act.

Second: By reason of certain contemplated improvements of the
public roads and bridges of said county necessitating the acquirement of
certain toll roads and toll bridges in the said county, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this act shall be in force from its passage.
