Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act en-
titled an act to provide for the examination of the books of land assessors
by the clerk of the court; assessor assisting in examination; how errors
corrected ; compensation of clerks, and designated as chapter two hun-
dred and nine of the acts of nineteen hundred and ten, be and the same
is hereby repealed.
