1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be
unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell cider containing over
one-half of one per centum alcohol within one and a half miles of the
public school building in the town of Strasburg, Shenandoah county,
Virginia. .
2. Any one violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding
twenty dollars for each offense. at
The said public school now being in session, an emergency is declared
to exist, and this act shall be in force from its passage.
