Chap. 38.—An ACT to provide extra compensation for the three firemen for
the electric light and power plant for the two fiscal years ending, re-
spectively, on the 28th day of February, 1915, and the 29th day of
February, 1916. (H. B. 57)

Whereas, by reason of a clerical error the salaries of the three firemen
for the electric light and power plant for the capitol and library buildings
was stated in an act entitled an act to appropriate the public revenue for
the two fiscal years ending respectively, on the twenty-eighth day of
February, nineteen hundred and fifteen and the twenty-ninth day of
February, nineteen hundred and sixteen, approved March twenty-third,
nineteen hundred and fourteen, to be eight hundred and forty dollars
for each of said firemen for each of said two years instead of the sum
of nine hundred dollars, which had pale agreed upon by the conferees of
h houses upon said bill; therefore,
me Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there is here-
by appropriated out of the money of the treasury of Virginia, not other.
wise appropriated, to each of the three firemen for the electric light and
power plant for the capitol and library buildings the sum of sixty dollars
for the fiscal year ending on the twenty-eighth day of February, nine-
teen hundred and fifteen and the further sum of sixty dollars for the
fiscal year ending on the twenty-ninth day of February, nineteen hundred
and sixteen.
