Chap. 138.—An ACT to declare certain cities to be parts of the 8th, 15th
17th, 18th, 20th and 28rd judicial circuits for certain purposes.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That for th
purpose of performing the duties imposed by law upon the examiner
of record, the following named cities shall be deemed part of the judicia
circuit in which they are located, to-wit:

The city of Charlottesville is hereby declared to be a part of the eight!
judicial circuit.

The city of Fredericksburg is hereby declared to be a part ’of th
fifteenth judicial circuit.

The city of Winchester is hereby declared to be a part of the seven
teenth judicial circuit.

The cities of Staunton and Buena Vista are hereby declared to b
a part of the eighteenth judicial circuit. -_

The city of Radford is hereby declared to be a part of the twentiet
judicial circuit. —

The city of Bristol is hereby declared to be a part of the twenty-thir
judicial circuit. ‘
