CHAP. 13.—An ACT to establish a ferry across Coan river in Northumberland

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board of
supervisors of Northumberland county be, and they are hereby authorized
and empowered to establish a public ferry across Coan river in said
county, at some convenient point at or near Coan wharf, and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to have said ferry run under such
restrictions and in such a manner as they, the said board may from time
to time determine.
