Chap. 127.—An ACT ratifying the proceedings authorizing an iysue of bonds
by Lunenburg county for road improvement in Rehoboth magisterial

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the pro-
ceedings heretofore taken authorizing an issue of twenty-four thousand
dollars bonds by Lunenburg county for road improvement in Rehoboth
magisterial district pursuant to an election held in the said district on
the twenty-eighth day of February, nineteen hundred and thirteen, are
ratified and confirmed, and the board of supervisors of the said county is
authorized to deliver twelve thousand dollars of the said bonds pursuant.
to the sale thereof heretofore made by the board of supervisors.

2. There being an emergency arising by reason of the immediate
necessity of funds for road improvement in the said magisterial district,
this act shall be in force from its passage.
