Chap. 80.-An ACT to amend and re-enact sub-sections E, T and Z, of sec-
tion 3059 of an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact section 3057
of the Code of Virginia, as heretofore amended, approved March 4,
1912. (S. B. 316.)

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
sub-sections E, T and Z of section three thousand and fifty-nine
of an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact section chree tnou-
sand and fifty-seven of the Code of Virginia, as heretcfore amended,
approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and twelve, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Sub-section three thousand and fifty-nine-e—Fifth circuit.
Appomattox.—First day in April, June, October and December.
Buckingham.—Tuesday after second Monday in March, May,
September and November.
Charlotte-—First Monday in January, March, May, July, Sep-
tember and November.
Cumberland.—Tuesday after the fourth Monday in January,
April, June and September.
Prince Fdward.—Tuesday after the third Monday in January,
May, July, September and November.
2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed.
Sub-section three thousand and fifty-nine-t—Twentieth circuit.
City of Roanoke.—Fifteenth day of March, May, September
and December.
Montgomery.—The first day of February, May, July, October
and December. ~
Roanoke.—First day of January, April, June, September and
November.
Floyd.—Sixteenth day of February, sixteenth day of April,
July and October.
Sub-section three thousand and fifty-nine-z — Twenty-sixth
circuit.
Fauquier—Fourth Monday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.
Loudoun.—Second Monday in February, April, June, August,
October and December.
Rappahannock.—Second Monday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.
There being a conflict in the time of holding certain of the
courts under the present law, an emergency is declared to exist, and
this act shall be in force from its passage.
