1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the State board of ‘embalming of this State, be, and is hereby
authorized and empowered to license persons to practice embalm-
ing in this State without examination, who are licensed in another
State or foreign countries under such conditions, and requirements
as the board of embalming of this State may see fit to impose.
