Chap. 223.—An ACT to protect mink, muskrat and otter in the county of
Nansemond. (H. B. 302.)
Approved March 24, 1914.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be unlawful for any person to catch, trap or kill, for profit,
in the county of Nansemond, mink, muskrat or otter, from the first
day of April, to the first day of January in each year.
2. That any person violating the provisions of the preceding
section of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on con-
viction thereof, shall be fined not less than five nor more than twenty
Collars for each offense, and upon failure to pay such fine the person
©r persons so convicted may be confined in jail not exceeding thirty
days.
