cb Whereas, it is apparent that Hampton bridge, spanning
| F{ampton river, or creeks, in Elizabeth City county, will have to
be rebuilt within the next ten years, and in order to prevent issuing
“ bonds therefor at: that time:
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
* the board of supervisors of the said county of Elizabeth City, be,
and it is, hereby authorized and empowered to appropriate, set
i apart, and apply any or all sums which may be in the hands of
« the county treasurer of said county at the end of each fiscal year,
¢ not otherwise appropriated, to a special or sinking fund for the
. purpose of rebuilding said bridge when necessary.
