Chap. 205.—An ACT to prohibit the killing of sora in the marshes of the
Mattaponi river at night with lights. (H. B. 290.)

Approved March 24, 1914.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be unlawful to hunt or kill sora in the marshes of the
Mattaponi river with lights at night. Any person violating the
provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be punished accordingly.

2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed. :
