1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
t shall be unlawful, during a school term, for any one to manufac-
cure cider in Loudoun county, Virginia, within one mile of a public
‘igh school building, by the owner of a cider mill, for any other
than himself, and exclusively from fruit grown or produced by
himself.
2. Any one violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not
less than ten nor more than fifty dollars for each offense.
