Frederick, Clarke, Warren and Augusta, approved February 26, 1884,”
and all acts amendatory thereof, in so fur only as said act applies to
Frederick county. (H. B. 14.) _

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled an act to provide for working the roads, repair-
ing bridges, and opening new roads in the counties of Frederick,
Clarke, Warren and Augusta, approved February twenty-sixth,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, and all acts amendatory thereof,
be, and the same are hereby repealed, in so far only as said act
is in force in Frederick county. The general road law of the State
shall hereafter be in force in Frederick county. But nothing in this
act shall be construed as amending or altering the said act so far
as the same applies to the counties of Clarke, Warren and Augusta,
or either of said counties.
