Chap. 11.—An ACT to amend and re-enact sub-section-i of section 3059 of an
act entitled an act to amend and re-enact section 3057 of the Code of
Virginia, has heretofore amended. (S. B. 82.)

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
sub-section-i of section three thousand and fifty-nine of an act
and fifty-seven of the Code of Virginia, as heretofore amended, ap-
proved March fourth, nineteen hundred and twelve, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Sub-section three thousand and fifty-nine-i, ninth circuit.

Culpeper—Third Monday in February, April, June, August,
October and December.

Goochland—Second Monday in February, April, June, August,
October and December.

Orange—Fourth Monday in January, March, May, July, Sep-
tember and November.

Louisa—Second Monday in January, March, May, July, Sep-
tember and November.

2. An emergency existing in the county of Culpeper for the
enactment of this act, this act shall be in force from its passage.
