Chap. 105.—An ACT to make a portion of the Robertson river, in Madison

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the Robertson river shall be deemed a lawful fence from the point
where the fence law on said river terminates near Mount Olivet
church, by way of Chadwell Berrie’s place to the top of the moun-
tains near Dyer’s saw mill.
