CHAP. 327.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 324 of the acts of the
general assembly of Virginia, 1910, to authorize and empower the
board of supervisors of any county in this State, in their discretion,
to contribute and expend annually out of the general county levy of the
said county a sum of money for the purpose of promoting agriculture
in said county, approved March 17, 1910.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter three hundred and twenty-four of the acts of assembly
of nineteen hundred and ten, entitled an act to authorize and
empower the board of supervisors of any county in this State, in
their discretion, to contribute and expend annually out of the
general county levy of the said county a sum of money for the
purpose of promoting agriculture in sald county, be amendea
and re-enacted to read as follows:
That the board of supervisors of any county in this State be,
and they are hereby, empowered, in their discretion, out of the
general county levy of said county, to apply and expend annually
a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars in each year for the
purpose of promoting agriculture in said county.
