CHAP. 326.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of the several
counties of the State of Virginia to appropriate money to defray the
expenses of such indigent Confederate veterans of the counties of the
State desiring to attend the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of
the battle of Gettysburg, to ke held at Gettysburg, Pa., on the Ist,
2nd and 38rd of July, 1913.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of the several counties of the State of
Virginia are hereby authorized to appropriate money to defray
the expenses of such indigent Confederate veterans of the said
counties desiring to attend the celebration of the fiftieth anni-
versary of the battle of Gettysburg, to be held at Gettysburg,
Pennsylvania, on the first, second and third of July, nineteen
hundred and thirteen.
