CHAP. 268.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2 of an act of the gen-
eral assembly of Virginia, approved March 14, 1902, entitled an act
to annex additional territory to the city of Norfolk, and to provide for
the government of said annexed territory.

Approved March 14, 1912.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section two of an act of the general assembly of Virginia, ap-
proved March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and two, entitled an
act to annex additional territory to the city of Norfolk, and to
provide for the government of said annexed territory, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

$2. The annexed territory shall be known as the Seventh or
Park Place ward.

2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
