CHAP. 254.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of the county of
Madison, Virginia, to expend money for the construction, maintenance
and improvement of the roads of said county.

Approved March 14, 1912.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of the county of Madison be, and they
are hereby, authorized to expend the sum of fifteen thousand
dollars for the construction, maintenance and improvement of
the roads in Madison county, Virginia.
2. An emergency existing, this act shall take effect from its
passage.
