CHAP. 212.—An ACT to appropriate the sum of thirty-five hundred dollars
out of anv money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the
payment of the deficiency in the installation of the timber and mineral
exhibits of Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of thirty-five hundred dollars be, and the same is here-
by, appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise
appropriated to meet the deficiency incurred in the installation
of the timber and mineral exhibit of Virginia. The amount due
the several creditors shall be paid by warrants on the auditor of
public accounts drawn by the governor and accompanied by an
itemized, receipted statement of account.
2. An emergency is declared to exist and this act shall be in
force from its passage.
