3uplist church, in the town of Pamplin City, Appomattox county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be unlawful for any person to sell cider, or any other
drink containing over one-half of one per centum alcohol with-
in one mile of Elon Baptist church, situated in the town of
Pamplin City, Appomattox county.

2. Any one violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined
not exceeding twenty dollars.
