CHAP. 118.—An ACT to prohibit driving and riding on side-walks in unr
corporated towns and villages.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, Tha
all persons be, and are hereby, prohibited from driving or ric
ing, including bicycles and motor cycles, on the sidewalks i
unincorporated towns and villages of the State.

Every person violating the provisions of this act shall b
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less thin fiv
nor more than twenty-five dollars for each offence.
