Chap. 108.—An ACT to provide for the payment to the Richmond Press of
the balance due them for printing the Index to enrolled bills.

Approved March 11, 1912,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to
issue his warrant upon the treasurer in favor of the Richmond
Press for the sum of eleven hundred and eight dollars, with
interest thereon, from the first day of August, nineteen hun-
dred and eleven, being the balance in full due to the Richmond
Press for printing the index to enrolled bills as shown by the
reports of the clerk of the house of delegates and superintend-
ent of public printing.

2. The amount above named having been due and unpaid
for the time stated, an emergency is declared to exist, and
this act shall be in force from its passage.
