Chap. 107.—An ACT to change the time of holding the town election of
the town of Branchville in Southampton county, Virginia, and ex-
tending the term of office of the present officers of said town.

Approved March 11, 1912.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the time of holding the town election of the town of Branch-
ville, Southampton county, Virginia, is hereby changed from the
second Tuesday in June, nineteen hundred and thirteen, to the
second Tuesday in June, nineteen hundred and fourteen.

2. The present town officers term of office are hereby ex-
tended from the first day of September, nineteen hundred and
thirteen, to the first day of September, nineteen hundred and
fourteen, or until their successors are elected and qualified.
