CHAP. 101.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of any county to
expend the amount received from levy or tax on the railroad trackage
and right of way in such magisterial district, or districts, as it may
deem advisable, just and equitable.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of any county is hereby authorized
to expend the amount received from the levy or tax on the rail-
road trackage and right of way in such magisterial district, or
districts, as it may deem advisable, just and equitable.
The provisions of this act shall not apply to counties having
a population of forty thousand or less.
