Chap. 360.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 563 of the Code of Vir

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sectio

§563. When taxes on licenses payable into the treasury.—The
assessed on licenses shall be accounted for and paid into the treasu
the county and city treasurers at the following times: T'axes assessed
after the first day of January and before the first day of July foll
shall be accounted for and paid on or before the fifteenth day of

fifteenth day of January. Failure of a treasurer to comply wit
requirements of this law shall operate a forfeiture of his commissio
license taxes.
